Volunteer Recruitment

This webpage is designed to inform you of the key steps and act as an online guide to volunteer registration and onboarding.

• Step 1: Register yourself

  Before inviting registrations from your team, Volunteer Coordinators must first register themselves on the Chapter One Volunteer platform at www.app.chapterone.org/register.
  
  Please make sure you register yourself, even if you are not going to volunteer. There is an option in the form to select your role as coordinator which will grant you access to a dashboard where you can see who has signed up and your team's progress during the year. We have put together this guide to the coordinator dashboard.

• Step 2: Invite colleagues to register

  You can now invite colleagues who have expressed an interest in volunteering with TutorMate to also register with us on the platform. Here is an email template. Alternatively, here is an editable volunteer recruitment flyer (need to update). Please make a copy and update it with your company’s information.
